MANAGEMENT 

At Young Elite Management, we work with and engage with youths through sport, to improve behaviour and raise attainment. We aim to work with clients and mentees to identify their key needs as well as engage with their parents and carers to support with their passion and dedication to sport ultimately for an improved life choice ambition and personal experience.

A consultation to discuss the level of support needed will be the first main call of action, to discuss how our programme will be suited to the individual main need for individual improvement. Whilst we appreciate that not all of the young people signed up to the company will secure a professional football career, we believe this programme will provide them with the skills, guidance and resilience required to succeed in education and employment. In line with this, we will offer other services such as careers advice and life skill courses and advice including resilience, finances, wellbeing, social skills and emotional intelligence.

There is a strong social enterprise element to the business as we will be providing opportunities to those youths who come from underprivileged backgrounds and may be overlooked by other management agencies/clubs due to factors related to their circumstances and perceived potential.
