MENTORING

The mentoring service will be a significant model for youths who participant at Young Elite management and for this reason, we have already built a network of partners to ensure the mentoring support provided is done effectively. Our close partners have been chosen as a supplier of mentors to Young Elite Management as they have a strong focus of treating people fairly without discrimination or favour and also give an extra helping to the people we work with. We recognise that when working with young people, we accept the importance of the responsibility to protect and safeguard their welfare whilst entrusted to its care and values which Young Elite Management mirrors highly.

This service is unique from other sports management companies as we have an important focus to provide support, guidance and mentoring to help young people who want to train in the football industry to keep on the right track physically, psychologically and emotionally.
